What to do if you loose your pet:
- Call your local Animal Control or
Humane Society and file a lost report. Also, visit your
local shelter and look with your own 2 eyes.
- Put up signs in your neighborhood
and ask neighbors to keep their eyes peeled.
- Check your local newspaper for
found animal listings, and if needed, pay for a lost ad.
- Look around your own home under
porches and bushes. Many indoor cats that escape are too
scared to get very far away.
- Call your veterinarian and make a
lost report.
- If your pet is micro-chipped,
call the company and file a lost report.
- Don't give up! Many pets
are found weeks and months after running away!
