What to do if you loose your pet:

  • Call your local Animal Control or Humane Society and file a lost report.  Also, visit your local shelter and look with your own 2 eyes.
  • Put up signs in your neighborhood and ask neighbors to keep their eyes peeled.
  • Check your local newspaper for found animal listings, and if needed, pay for a lost ad.
  • Look around your own home under porches and bushes.  Many indoor cats that escape are too scared to get very far away.
  • Call your veterinarian and make a lost report.
  • If your pet is micro-chipped, call the company and file a lost report.
  • Don't give up!  Many pets are found weeks and months after running away!
